Litigator Jennifer Arthur has over twelve years of litigation experience in state and federal court, and handles primarily probate and trust litigation.  Trial attorney Shannon Rountree just completed three years of trial work with the Florida State Attorney's office in Palm Beach County, and handles probate, trust, and guardianship disputes.  Karerina Mills is an experienced probate administration lawyer, who also handles estate planning and tax work for the law firm.

The firm's managing partner, Jeffrey Skatoff, is a former Justice Department trial attorney who litigated tax disputes on behalf of the Federal Government.  He was awarded the Department's Outstanding Attorney Award in 1993. Mr. Skatoff  handles probate administration, probate litigation, tax, estate planning, and will contests for his clients.   Mr. Skatoff has also been a legal commentator for CNN, providing on-air legal analysis for probate and estate planning topics, and has also been quoted in national publications, such as the Wall Street Journal, on topics of estate planning,  probate, and power of attorney abuse.
